Movement Medicine workshop and ceremony Dublin
Medicine Dance is an extended day and evening workshop and ceremony grounded in the shamanic pathways of Movement Medicine dance practice. This is an opportunity to awaken and deepen your relationship with the healing qualities of the elements and the unseen supports and gaurdians, including spirit animals related to each element within the maps of Movement Medicine. This is a chance to get to know, map out and stregnthen your relationship with your own personal circle of unseen elemental spirit animal support. The four elements are manifestations of the divine and we are made from them. Dancing them is a way to connect to our deepest nature, to nature around us and to the nature of existence. The elements and their guardians are guides, teachers and allies. Together, with the support of these elements and elemental gaurdians we will co-create and dance into ceremony for deep dreaming and healing for ourselves and for all our relations.
Movement Medicine is a body based movement meditation practice that will reconnect you to the wisdom of living from the heart, the joy of knowing who you are and the satisfaction of making your unique contribution to life. Movement Medicine will deepen your connection to yourself, your creativity and the integrity and guidance of your own soul.
